Ed Wall, Academic Leader Landscape at the University of Greenwich, will deliver a workshop on metropolitan food patterns, together with Jacob van Rijs and Hui-Hsin Liao (MVRDV) and Pedro Ortiz (Senior Urban Planner of World Bank). The workshop forms part of the Metropolitan Food Patterns event, co-organised by the Politecnico di Milano and Tunghai University of Taiwan, an east-west dialogue relating to the themes explored in the Taiwan Food Culture Pavilion at the Milan World Expo 2015, entitled ‘Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life’.
