This year, a new category ‘Design for a Temporary Landscape’, has been created in response to the increasing number of temporary/meanwhile use projects that LI members are undertaking.
There is also a new special award, which is free to enter, for ‘Client of the Year’. The award gives the opportunity for the profession to formally recognise clients who understand and value the contribution of landscape architects to their projects, and support them to fulfill their vision without compromise.

Members making submissions in the professional categories can also put their projects forward for the Fellows’ Award for Climate Change Adaptation. This category is free to enter and the  the College of Fellows will make the award to the project or initiative that best demonstrates a significant response to the challenges of climate change.
