Leading London Landscape Architecture and Community Design social enterprise seeking interns.
Intern with the Edible Bus Stop
The Edible Bus Stop is a design led Landscape Architecture and Community Design social enterprise that uses food growing as a tool to connect people with one another & in turn where their food comes from. There are two sides to our project, one element is the creation of public growing spaces, co-designed and run by each community, utilising existing transport networks to create green links and routes.
Alongside the community driven aspect, we create playful sculptural installations that fuse, fashion, art, architecture and food with horticulture and growing to engage a wider audience and hopefully inspire them to get involved and understand about food growing and horticulture. This in turn raises the profile of gardening through design. The Edible Bus Stop is looking for talented Landscape Architects, Designers & Creatives to join
the team to work on the current portfolio of projects including public realm projects in London & Southend, a sculptural piece for the Southbank Centre and a large mixed use development in the centre of Brixton with Carl Turner Architects.
