The University of Greenwich have launched a new Masters programme in Advanced Landscape and Urbanism.
The programme encourages students to develop advanced and speculative approaches to the design of cities, landscape and territories. It promotes high design values and the integration of new and innovative technologies to address the challenges facing contemporary cities, such as: urban growth, climate change, globalisation and social inequality. The new MSc programme coincides with the opening of the new Stockwell Street building designed by Heneghan Peng (above). The building incorporates fourteen roof gardens for wetlands, urban agriculture and energy production. For more check out the University of Greenwich website or the Greenwich Landscape blog.
