Final year student writes article for Journal of the Landscape Institute

One of the final year students from the BA Hons Landscape Architecture programme, Naomi Maguire, describes the importance of intersectional approaches to designing landscapes. 

The article describes the challenges that women face in navigating urban spaces. She writes: “If landscape architecture, and our culture as a whole, truly embraced intersectional equality, our landscapes would be more creative, innovative, forward-thinking and safe.
