ECLAS Landscape Architecture Conference Opens Today

ECLAS Online Conference, September 13-15, 2021

So, landscape architect, eighteenth months in, what have you learned about our shared emergency?

It is bigger than this pandemic, and the one to follow.
It is bigger than me, than you, than our children.
It is bigger than last weekโ€™s flood and next weekโ€™s fire.
It is bigger than any place, any one landscape, anyoneโ€™s landscape.
It is biggerโ€”by farโ€”than this and all the other professions.

This emergency is real. It is systemic. It is not coming. It is already here.

Let us gather, if only this once, and act like it.
